- Drive new graduate student recruitment for dual and combined degree programs, meeting targets, and improving conversion rates throughout the recruitment funnel.

- Partner with graduate program directors and academic staff to enhance recruitment plans, build relationships, and identify new student sources, while developing a deep understanding of the university's programs.

- Represent the university at recruitment events, deliver excellent customer service to prospective students, and utilize CRM tools to manage and track interactions, with flexibility for evening and weekend hours as needed.
